What's included in each plan?
Both plans are the complete Onix platform — storefront, supplier routing, auto-fulfilment, margin engine, reseller accounts, payments and reports. The only differences are how you pay and the support tier.
Can I move from Annual to Lifetime later?
Yes — you can upgrade to Lifetime at any time. Contact us and we'll switch your account over.
Are supplier costs included?
No. You buy from your suppliers directly on your own accounts and prices — Onix connects to their APIs and routes your orders. Onix never sits between you and your suppliers' money.
Do I need my own domain?
Your storefront runs on your own domain with your branding. If you don't have one yet, you can start on a provided subdomain and attach your domain later.
What happens if I cancel the Annual plan?
Your storefront stays up until the end of the paid year. Your catalogue, customers and history remain exportable at any time — your data is yours.
